Do you deliver to both my old and new address?
Yes. We drop totes off at your current home and pick them up from your new one — just enter both addresses when you book.
What if I need the totes longer?
One week is included. Choose a later pickup date when booking and additional weeks are added automatically. Already booked? Just give us a call.
How big are the totes?
Each tote holds 27 gallons — roughly the same as two medium moving boxes — with attached lids that interlock so they stack safely on a dolly or in a truck.
Are they clean?
Every tote is washed and sanitized between rentals.
What if a tote is lost or broken?
Normal wear is fine. A tote that's lost or broken beyond normal use is charged $20 per tote after pickup.
How do I pay?
Securely online by credit or debit card when you book. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
